My career has always centred on helping people make difficult decisions under pressure. Before becoming a mortgage agent, I worked in crisis intervention and emergency services, supporting individuals and families through some of the most overwhelming moments in their lives. That work taught me to stay calm when the stakes are high, listen without judgment, and guide people toward clarity when everything feels uncertain.
